Well it’s 10/1 so you know what that means …. 6 month progress picture (April 2014 is the picture on the left and October 2014 is the right). I think my hips look slimmer and my thighs look slimmer in the second and third pictures.
But you know what ? What’s more important to me is that overall, I FEEL better. I feel a bit more toned, a bit slimmer, and MUCH healthier. Even more, my body can DO more now. In April, I ran 26 miles - and no runs were longer than a 5K. Last month, I ran 55 miles, and out of my 15 runs, only three were SHORTER than a 5k.
It’s been a long journey and I know there’s a ways to go, but I’m feeling quite positive about it and looking forward to seeing what’s ahead for me =]
